| I want to lower the revs by changing diffs. Currently at 100km/hr I am doing 2600rpm. There is plenty of torque and this vehicle accelerates smoothly from 40km/hr in 5th gear. It easily takes off in second gear from stationary. Am wondering if a 3.7 ratio diff is available. Currently using premium grade fuel I get 900 kms on both tanks. I would expect improved fuel economy with a change of diffs with a small loss of performance and may have to change gears more often. |
