Relay not working. Steering?

| When turning the steering wheel on my 2005 AWD Safari completly to the stop, a relay behind the instrument panel would engage (click). It was intermittantly not working when checked the first time, and now it is hard failed. The dealer doesn\´t know what to look for, and tells me nothing is wrong. Does anyone know the function of this relay? |
